This month, a new Tesla location has opened in Cork offering convenient test drives, service appointments, vehicle health checks and charging whilst you shop. The new location is adjacent to the four V3 Superchargers outside Mahon Point Shopping Centre.
This new pop-up location allows visitors to book test drives and talk with Tesla Advisors about our products. Alongside this, Service Express will perform health checks on vehicles while customers charge. This means that existing Tesla customers will be able to come back to a fully charged and serviced car when they return from their shopping trip and before they continue their onward journey.
In addition to Service Express, Mobile Service will still be available for all Tesla customers. Service Express will offer up to eight additional service appointments a day, increasing the availability of Mobile Service Technicians. The Tesla service experience starts with the Tesla app, organise your service appointment choosing a time and date to suit you, uploading information on the issue as well as pictures if needed. Where possible, your car will be fixed with a software update.
If that isn’t possible, you will be able to book an appointment at the Service Express location in Cork or organise a mobile service tech to turn up for your chosen timeslot on your driveway or work location. When a service centre appointment is needed, for example if a lift is required, you can arrange a touchless drop off of your car at our service centres. For any non-warranty work, you are able to approve your estimate and pay for your service the way you booked it, through your App, and then collect your car without having to step into any Tesla locations.
