To celebrate the Golf GTI’s 40th birthday in 2016, Volkswagen will launch the Golf GTI Clubsport. It delivers 265hp and has a boost function that will increase the power further by approximately ten per cent for a short time. The GTI Clubsport will have an extensively customised interior, a new front bumper, side sills, roof spoiler and rear diffuser. Full specifications and pricing will be announced closer to the car’s launch.
