SEAT Ireland retailers will remain open for business and continue to provide customers with sales and aftersales services over the coming weeks as the country begins Level 5 restrictions today. The safety and wellbeing of staff and customers is a key priority for SEAT and although physical showrooms will be closed under government restrictions, the SEAT Ireland website will provide services virtually including car configuration, live chat function, aftersales services and financial services.

This live chat, available on SEAT.ie, allows customers to interact with a customer service agent in real time and have their sales and aftersales queries answered promptly.
The SEAT “Easy Choice” Car Configurator allows customers to construct their preferred SEAT model and streamline the sales process when they contact the dealership. This provides an easy way for customers to choose their new 211 SEAT.
Online Car Configuration
Apply for Finance Online:
This new service allows customers to apply for finance for their new 211 SEAT before they visit a SEAT dealership, thus reducing the face to face interaction. Once the customer fills in the online finance application form the application is sent directly to SEAT Financial Services customer care.
Book a Service Online:
SEAT has an online service booking system allowing the customer to select their preferred dealer and book their next service without having to go to the dealership.
Purchase a Service Plan Online:
SEAT customers who do not have a service plan can now purchase one online with attractive discounts, avoiding the requirement for customers to visit the dealership.
As well as providing the digital services, all SEAT Ireland dealerships have already been fully modified nationwide to ensure social distancing can be facilitated. Protective screens are present throughout the showrooms, service counters and workshops for the protection and safety of staff and customers across the 23 dealers nationwide. The retailers are also providing a free Sanity Systems deep cleaning service with any aftersales service.
