Renault Ireland has announced a range of competitive finance and trade-in offers ahead of the 271 registration period, with customers able to take advantage of attractive deals across its expanding passenger car and commercial vehicle line-up. Under its new brand direction, Rethink Renault, the French manufacturer is entering 2027 with one of its strongest model ranges to date, offering Irish motorists an extensive choice of electric and hybrid vehicles across several key market segments. With design continuing to play an important role in the brand’s resurgence, Renault has also introduced a new campaign message, Driving Never Looked So Good, highlighting the combination of distinctive French styling, modern technology and everyday practicality found throughout its latest generation of vehicles.
Renault E-Tech Electric Range
Renault’s fully electric range continues to grow in popularity, led by the award-winning Renault 5 E-Tech electric, which has become one of the brand’s most recognisable new models. Alongside it sits the Renault 4 E-Tech electric, the family-focused Scenic E-Tech electric and the updated Megane E-Tech electric, giving buyers a broad selection of battery-powered vehicles to suit different requirements and budgets. The expansion of its electric offering has contributed to a significant increase in sales, with Renault reporting growth of 107 per cent in electric vehicle sales during 2026 compared with the previous year. For the forthcoming 271 registration period, customers purchasing a Renault E-Tech electric model can choose between 0 per cent APR hire purchase finance or 3.9 per cent APR personal contract plan finance. Alternatively, buyers can avail of a trade-in bonus of up to €3,000, depending on the model and applicable terms.
Renault E-Tech Hybrid Range
For motorists who are not yet ready to make the switch to a fully electric vehicle, Renault’s E-Tech hybrid range offers an alternative that does not require external charging. The line-up includes the popular Clio and Captur, alongside the larger Symbioz and Austral, providing a choice of compact hatchbacks, crossovers and family SUVs. Renault’s hybrid technology combines petrol and electric power to improve efficiency, particularly during urban driving, while retaining the convenience of conventional refuelling. Customers choosing an E-Tech hybrid model for 271 registration can avail of the same 0 per cent APR hire purchase or 3.9 per cent APR PCP finance offers available across the electric range. A trade-in bonus of up to €2,000 is also being offered as an alternative to the finance incentives.
Award-Winning Commercial Vehicle Range
Renault is extending its 271 promotional activity to its commercial vehicle range, which continues to perform strongly in the Irish market. The Kangoo Van and fully electric Kangoo E-Tech electric are available with 0 per cent APR hire purchase finance, while the larger Master and Trafic models are being offered with 4.9 per cent APR hire purchase finance. Renault’s commercial vehicle credentials have been strengthened by several recent industry awards, with the Master named International Van of the Year 2025 and the Trafic retaining its position as Ireland’s best-selling van for three consecutive years. Looking ahead, the new Renault Trafic E-Tech has already been named International Van of the Year 2027 and is scheduled to arrive in Irish dealerships during the early part of next year, further expanding the manufacturer’s electric commercial vehicle offering.
Renault National Sales Event
As part of its efforts to encourage customers into showrooms ahead of the new registration period, Renault will also host a National Sales Event across its Irish dealer network from 2 to 9 November. Customers who place an order for a new Renault passenger car at a participating dealership during the event will receive a €500 Mastercard, providing an additional incentive for those considering a new vehicle purchase. The initiative forms part of Renault’s wider 271 campaign, which aims to highlight the value, choice and competitive financing available across its passenger car range.
271 Offers and Availability
All Renault 271 offers are available through participating dealerships and apply to qualifying orders placed before 31 December 2026, provided the vehicles are registered by 31 January 2027. Customers are advised to contact their local Renault dealer for full details of the finance packages, trade-in allowances and applicable terms and conditions.
