Citroen C4 Picasso Goes On Sale

Citroen Motors Ireland has launched the new C4 Picasso MPV across Ireland, with prices commencing from €24,495. The new C4 Picasso is the first model to be built on the new PSA Peugeot Citroen EMP2 platform, it weighs 140kg less then its predecessor and delivers sub 100g/km of CO2 emissions. It will be the first Citroen available with the Euro 6 compliant BlueHDi engine. A new six-speed clutchless manual transmission will be available on the e-HDi 90 and e-HDi 115 models.

The C4 Picasso’s driving interface can feature two digital screens – a ‘tablet’ style 7 inch touchpad and a 12 inch panoramic HD screen.The brand new, standard specification, 7 inch Touch Drive interface controls all the vehicle settings and in-car functions such as the dual-zone air conditioning, satellite navigation and Bluetooth® connectivity. The panoramic 12 inch screen enhances the driving experience still further and can be configured to display a range of additional driving information such as the cruise control and speed-limiter settings. There’s even the option of changing the theme and uploading a personal photograph as a backdrop.

The C4 Picasso comes equipped with ABS, electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD) and emergency braking assistance (EBA) as standard. It has also received a five-star EuroNCAP safety rating. The new Citroen C4 Picasso is on sale now.
