Defender is set to return as a key partner of the Gallagher Dublin Horse Show when the prestigious five-day equestrian event gets underway at the RDS from 5th to 9th August. A highlight of the show once again will be the Defender Puissance, taking place on Saturday, 8th August, where some of the world’s leading show jumpers will tackle one of the sport’s most demanding challenges.
The famous Puissance wall begins at 1.80 metres before increasing in height with each round, eventually reaching an imposing 2.20 metres. Riders and horses must clear the ever-growing obstacle, creating one of the most thrilling knockout competitions on the international showjumping calendar.
Away from the main arena, younger visitors will also have the chance to experience the Defender brand first-hand. Throughout the show, the Family Area will feature a dedicated Mini Defender driving experience, where children can take the wheel of scaled-down Defenders and navigate a specially designed off-road course. Defender will also showcase its new Defender 110 Trophy Edition, an adventure-focused model created to celebrate the brand’s return to international adventure challenge events.
