FIAT has added a new member to its 500 family with the arrival of the new Fiat 500S. The 500S has been designed to give its owners an Abarth-inspired look to their 500. It boasts bespoke front and rear bumpers, new side skirts, a boot lid-mounted rear spoiler, dark chrome detailing, a chrome exhaust, rear privacy glass and new 15” alloy wheels. The interior has been treated to a flat-bottomed Abarth-design steering wheel, gear knob and gaiter.
Powering the Fiat 500S is a 1.2-litre petrol engine with 69hp and an 85hp TwinAir turbo-charged petrol engine. Both models come with air conditioning (climate control on the TwinAir), Blue & Me connectivity, seven airbags, Start&Stop, electric windows, mirrors and central locking as standard. Prices commence from €15,195 for the 1.2-litre 500S. As with the entire FIAT reange, both versions of the 500S come with a five-year warranty as standard and are on sale in Ireland now.
