BMW has announced pricing for its new M4 Convertible which will go on sale across Ireland from September 6th 2014, with prices commencing from €108,300. It’s powered by the same six-cylinder engine as the M3 Saloon and M4 Coupé which produces 431hp and 550Nm of torque. Customers can choose from a six-speed manual or seven-speed M Double Clutch transmission. The iconic quad exhaust system contains electronically controlled flaps which minimize back-pressure and ensure that the M4 Convertible has an unmistakable BMW M sound. It’s around 60Kg lighter then the outgoing M3 Convertible, with a kerb weight of 1,750kg. Standard equipment includes, Adaptive M suspension, 19” M light alloy wheels, BMW Professional media package, upgraded Bluetooth and USB, front and rear parking sensors, folding exterior mirrors and heated front seats.
