Circle K Ireland has completed a major €250,000 refurbishment of its store in Artane, Dublin, as part of the company’s continued investment in upgrading its retail network across Ireland. The redevelopment, which took place over an 18 month period, has transformed the store with a stronger focus on food, convenience, and customer experience, reflecting the changing needs of the growing local community. Among the key additions is an expanded food offering that now includes a full hot and cold deli, an upgraded in store bakery, and a larger grab and go range. Customers will also find an improved selection of cold drinks, an enhanced off licence section, and an upgraded coffee offering featuring a wider range of barista style drinks alongside newer speciality options such as matcha.
Importantly, the refurbishment was completed without disruption to customers or staff, with all existing roles retained throughout the project. The store continues to be operated by its established local management team, maintaining continuity for regular customers in the area. Speaking about the redevelopment, Mary McDonald said the investment reflects Circle K’s ongoing commitment to supporting local communities and improving the customer experience.
“We’re proud to celebrate our newly refurbished Circle K store in Artane and to continue investing in the local community,” she said. “This €250,000 upgrade is about making a real difference for customers who rely on this store every day, from improved food and coffee options to a more modern and welcoming shopping environment.”
She added that as the Artane area continues to grow, Circle K wants the store to evolve alongside the needs of local residents by offering greater convenience, quality services, and improved value.
