SsangYong Motors will unveil their new seven-seater Rodius at next week’s Ploughing Championships. The seven seat mpv has generous space, with 875 litres of boot space when the rear bench is slid forward. There are three rows of seats as well as a large load area which can be further increased by removing the third row completely. The second row of seats can be folded individually and used as tables, and there is still sufficient room to accommodate airline style seat back folding tables. The Rodius is powered by a 2.0-litre turbo-charged diesel engine that produces 155hp. Customers can choose from a six-speed manual transmission or a five-speed T-Tronic automatic transmission. Pricing for the new Rodius will commence from €36,995.
