Dacia has announced its 2025 sales results, reporting total global sales of 697,408 vehicles, representing growth of 3.1% compared with 2024. The year also marks a major milestone for the brand, with Dacia surpassing 10 million vehicles sold worldwide since its launch in 2004. In Europe, Dacia climbed to second place for retail customer sales, achieving a market share of 7.9%. This strong performance was driven by the brand’s five core models. The Sandero remains a standout success, with 289,295 units sold worldwide in 2025. It was once again Europe’s best-selling passenger car across all sales channels, retaining the title for the second consecutive year. Sandero has also been the number-one vehicle sold to private customers in Europe since 2017, with more than 3.5 million units sold globally since launch.
The Duster recorded 193,974 global sales in 2025, making it the second best-selling SUV to retail customers in Europe. Since its introduction in 2010, over 2.8 million Duster vehicles are now on the road worldwide. The Bigster achieved 67,573 units sold globally, becoming the best-selling C-segment SUV to retail customers in Europe in the second half of 2025. The Spring continued its upward trajectory, with 35,034 units sold worldwide, representing 53% growth year-on-year. It became, for the first time, the best-selling A-segment electric vehicle in Europe across all sales channels. Meanwhile, the Jogger recorded 73,695 global sales, securing a place in the European Top 5 of the C-segment(excluding SUVs).
Dacia also outlined its outlook for 2026, with a continued focus on electrification. The brand’s ambition is to offer a hybrid or fully electric version of every model, responding to growing demand for sustainable and affordable mobility. As part of this strategy, Dacia has confirmed the launch of a new A-segment electric vehicle, designed to complement and renew its electric city car offering and further improve accessibility to electric mobility. In addition, a new ICE and hybrid model in the C-segment will be introduced in 2026. Dacia is also expanding its electrified powertrain portfolio, with the Hybrid-G 150 4×4 powertrain launching on Duster and Bigster towards the end of 2025. A petrol version will follow in 2026, further enhancing the brand’s versatility.
