Toyota Ireland has confirmed the arrival of the all-new Toyota C-HR+, which lands in dealerships nationwide this weekend. The fully electric model strengthens Toyota’s growing battery electric range, joining the Toyota bZ4X and giving customers an even broader choice in zero-emission driving. With pricing starting from €42,160 or €374 per month through Toyota Easy PCP, early buyers can also avail of a March introductory offer, choosing between a €2,000 trade-in booster or a low 3.9 per cent APR. For drivers considering their first electric vehicle, or even their first Toyota, the C-HR+ presents a compelling mix of standout design, long range and everyday usability.
Although inspired by the popular Toyota C-HR, the C-HR+ is an all-new model in its own right. It is built on Toyota’s dedicated e-TNGA battery electric platform and features a unique design with increased interior space and a more refined, contemporary feel. The exterior combines a sleek coupe crossover silhouette with a confident, wide stance and distinctive lighting signatures front and rear. Exclusive bumper, grille and headlight designs help define it as a modern Toyota EV, while the sloping roofline maintains generous rear headroom despite its sporty profile.

Inside, the C-HR+ balances dynamic styling with family-friendly practicality. Measuring 4,530mm in length and riding on a 2,750mm wheelbase, it delivers impressive cabin space and excellent visibility. Boot capacity stands at 416 litres, ensuring it remains practical for everyday use. The interior features a clean, modern layout with ambient lighting and premium finishes, centred around a standard 14-inch multimedia display. Navigation includes intelligent EV journey planning, which calculates routes based on battery charge and driving range while suggesting suitable charging stops along the way.
Irish models will feature a 77kWh battery, offering a WLTP driving range of up to 606 kilometres, depending on specification. The front-wheel drive version produces 224 DIN hp, delivering strong, responsive performance. A battery pre-conditioning system helps optimise charging speeds in varying weather conditions, while an energy-efficient heat pump and heated seats, steering wheel and windscreen enhance comfort without compromising range.

Safety and connectivity are also key strengths. Toyota T-Mate systems, including Toyota Safety Sense, come as standard, along with features such as Blind Spot Monitor, Adaptive High Beam headlights and Parking Support Brake. Higher grades add Park Assist and a Panoramic View Monitor. Through the MyToyota app, owners can remotely manage charging, climate control and vehicle data. For added peace of mind, the Toyota EV Battery Extended Care Programme covers the battery for up to 10 years or one million kilometres, subject to an annual health check, reinforcing Toyota’s reputation for long-term quality and reliability.
