Škoda Auto has revealed the final additions to its new Enyaq family: the all-electric Enyaq RS and Enyaq Coupé RS. These high-performance RS models are now the brand’s fastest accelerating and charging production cars, boasting 250 kW output, dual motors with all-wheel drive, and a 0–100 km/h sprint in just 5.4 seconds. Both vehicles are equipped with an 84 kWh (net 79 kWh) battery, which can now be charged at up to 185 kW DC, enabling a 10–80% top-up in just 26 minutes. New for this generation is bidirectional charging, allowing the vehicle to serve as a home energy source. WLTP ranges are over 560 km for the Enyaq RS and 570 km for the Coupé RS.
The RS versions debut Škoda’s Modern Solid design language, featuring a high-gloss black Tech-Deck Face, Matrix LED headlights with Coming/Leaving Home animations, and RS-specific black trim. Sport chassis tuning, 21-inch alloy wheels, and aerodynamic improvements contribute to enhanced driving dynamics and efficiency. Inside, the Enyaq RS and Coupé RS offer RS Lounge and RS Suite interior themes, including suede or leather-trimmed sports seats, massage and memory functions, and contrast stitching. A 13-inch infotainment screen, 5-inch digital cockpit, and optional augmented reality head-up display deliver a modern digital experience. Škoda’s signature Simply Clever touches include four fast-charging USB-C ports, wireless Phone Box, and an electrically operated tailgate with Virtual Pedal.
On the safety and assistance front, features include Travel Assist with Adaptive Lane Assist, Emergency Assist, Plug & Charge compatibility, and Remote Park Assist, allowing smartphone-controlled parking via the MyŠkoda app. The Enyaq RS models build on Škoda’s 25-year RS heritage, which recommenced in 2000 with the Octavia RS. With more than 21,000 RS EVs sold to date, the new Enyaq RS and Coupé RS represent the next step in the brand’s electric performance journey. The new Enyaq RS and Coupé RS will launch in Ireland in September with prices and specifications to be confirmed closer to the time.
