Skoda has announced their all-new Octavia will be launched across Ireland next March, with prices commencing from just under €19,500 for the 1.2-litre TSI model with 86hp. This will be the third-generation Octavia and is set to offer middle-class qualities at a compact-car price. The interior space has been increased over its predecessor, with an additional 8mm front head room and an extra 39mm front elbow width. It also has a large boot with 590 litres of luggage space on offer. This new Octavia is also larger on the exterior too, it’s 90mm longer and 45mm wider that the second-generation model. The full pricing and specification for the new Octavia range will be announced closer to the car’s official launch.
