Skoda has showcased its Mission L concept car at the 2012 Qatar Motor Show. This close-to-production concept hints at the future design direction for Skoda. The new compact saloon is scheduled to be launched in major international markets in late 2012. This model will sit between the Fabia and Octavia models.
Skoda is looking to increase global sales of all models to at least 1.5 million units per year by 2018. In 2011 they sold a record 879,200 cars, which is a 15% increase over 2010.
