One of the strangest looking vehicles to hit the roads has arrived. Welcome the Renault Twizy, an all-new electric two-seater powered by a 13kW (17hp) motor with a limited top speed of around 50 mph.
Twizy is currently available in the UK from £6,690 on-the-road for the Urban model with a monthly battery lease cost of £45 including VAT for a 36 month/4,500 miles per year agreement.
Check it out, we think it looks kind of funky! There are plans in the UK to have this available to drivers from 16 years of age, so hopefully we see some similar plans here in Ireland soon.
