Land Rover has announced it will sponsor the inaugural Land Rover Style Award on Friday 2nd May at the Punchestown Festival. The most stylish lady on the day will receive the keys to an equally stylish Range Rover Evoque which she can drive for the year. Amy Huberman, a Land Rover Brand Ambassador and universally acknowledged style icon, launched the Land Rover Style Award as she took delivery of her own new Range Rover Evoque for 2014. Amy will present the winner with the Evoque on Friday, 2nd May, while soaking up the atmosphere at the Punchestown Festival, a highlight of the Irish sporting and social calendar.
Commenting on the Award, Marketing Manager for Jaguar Land Rover Ireland, Melanie McCourt said, “Fashion and style have always been an integral part of why people love coming to the races, and we are extremely proud to partner with Punchestown for this year’s Festival. Land Rover has always been synonymous with style, performance and luxury and the Land Rover Style Award is the perfect platform to showcase these attributes. Amy is the embodiment of effortless style and we’re delighted she will be joining us on the day.”
Welcoming the announcement, Liam Holton, Punchestown Marketing Director said “We are delighted to host the Land Rover Style Award at the Punchestown Festival. Together we will be encouraging ladies to rethink conventional race day style and to take a fresh look at what it takes to win an award like this. Like the wonderful prize, the emphasis will be on standing out from the crowd and being more than a pretty face”.
