Peugeot has announced its new vehicle naming strategy, which will result in its models retaining their names whether they undergo a facelift or complete renewal. By permanently fixing the numbers Peugeot believe this will help simplify the understanding of their range and also assist them in growing brand recognition. Peugeot’s new 301, a compact four-door saloon will go on sale in November and will make its world premiere at the Paris Motor Show this September.
