Jeep unveiled their new Grand Cherokee S Limited at the recent Paris Motor Show, ahead of its arrival to Ireland in early 2013. The Jeep Grand Cherokee S Limited has an aggressive look, similar to the SRT8 variant, with an exclusive body kit, 20” alloys and tinted windows. It’s powered by Jeep’s all-new MultiJet II 3.0-litre V6 CRD turbo-diesel engine, which offers 241hp and a hefty 550Nm of torque. It will return a combined average of 8.3l/100km, which is acceptable given the power on offer. The interior is treated to leather and suede SRT8-style seats, with carbon fibre door and dashboard inserts. Also standard is a five-speed automatic transmission, air suspension, Selec-Terrain™ chassis management, a Uconnect™ infotainment/satnav system, adaptive cruise control with forward collision mitigation and blind spot detection safety systems. Prices for the new Jeep Grand Cherokee S Limited will be announced closer to its arrival early next year.
